Hello, September! This morning I certainly woke up with a little extra pep in my step as the cool, crisp air hit my face. Ahhh... fall is almost here. I love summer, I really do, but I can't help but get excited about fall weather. feeling cozy, wearing sweaters, not overheating, and of course, baking!

Every time a new month comes around, I feel that it is the perfect time to set new goals and intentions for ourselves. When it comes to goals, I like to start small. Things that may be more attainable. What goals can you set for yourself daily? Once you've got those down, build your way up! Or if there is something big you're wanting to accomplish, but aren't quite sure how to approach it, break it down.

I've now lived in Colorado for two weeks now, which means I have many goals I'd like to set for myself - both long and short term. Here are my September goals:

  • Create more recipes

  • Set a workout routine

  • Save as much money as possible

  • Hike, hike, hike!

I recommend doing something that makes you feel happy and bring you comfort every morning. For me, it's writing in my journal and drinking coffee. It provides me with a good mindset to take on the rest of the day.

We all have the capability to take matters into our own hands - happy new month!

Hello all! This is mindful nosh; your go-to page for foodies, creative minds, and indulgers alike. I wanted to create a space for individuals to find wholesome, healthy recipes & bakes along with resources for setting goals & new paths.

Who am I? My name is Hailey, I live in Colorado, and I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I love to bake, explore, and practice mindfulness. I enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition when I learned how food impacts our overall well-being. And I’m not just talking about the physical foods we consume, but our primary foods; active lifestyle, relationships, finances, etc. What works for one person may not work for another. I am here to help guide you through your foods of life!

How can I help? Not only will I be sharing my own recipes, but you can become a client of mine! I will develop meal plans catered to your wants & needs, and discuss your goals. You are human, and you are unique, and you should be living your best life.

xo,

mindful nosh
